We've all got that one friend. When she goes somewhere new that excites her, she squeals loudly, claps her hands quickly and gets so giddy that you hide behind your menu waiting for her glee to subside. 

For fear of embarrassment, don't take her to a spot she's sure to lose her mind over, Sachet. The brand new restaurant from the husband-and-wife behind Gemma officially opened yesterday at The Shops of Highland Park, and the space is beyond divine. Elements like green cement tiles on the bar floor imported from Sweden, the petal-like design over the oval-shaped pink bar, the gold accents throughout and pendant lighting make for a visually swoony environment. As you gawk at the interiors, enjoy fresh fare to the tune of more than 20 veggie-based starters, wood-oven prawns and pastas while sipping from an all-Mediterranean wine list.

All sure to cause a scene.

Sachet also serves up beautiful aperitif cocktails and treats like lavender shortbread and blackberry panna cotta for dessert.
